The best San Gimignano Vernaccia grapes of our vineyard are fermented half in oak and half in steel, then aged for 12 months on its lees for structure and fullness. A wine with tremendous depth of ripe stone fruit flavours and vibrant natural savouriness, it can be enjoyed on release or cellared for three years for further complexity.
