Made with handpicked grapes from the superior-quality vines of our “cru” vineyard, this wine is soft pressed for a rounder, smoother flavour. In keeping with traditional methods, it is fermented with indigenous natural yeasts from our local environment. Unlike many mass-market wines, no commercial yeasts are used. The result reflects our heritage, land and environment. Drink it as soon as it is released or wait a few years for the characteristics of the grapes to develop.

Pairing this wine with fish is a long-held tradition. Back in the early 13th century, Pope Martin IV was especially fond of eels cooked in Vernaccia. Another classic Italian pairing is fresh truffles and scrambled eggs. You can also drink it with:
