You’ll find this great gastronomic wine in the trattorias of the hilltop towns and cypress-lined slopes of Tuscany. We fell in love with this wine back in 2014 when we first visited the vineyard. The ripe fruit aroma delivers pleasantly fresh pear, grapefruit and honeydew flavours with a long and savoury finish. A family favourite.

Made with handpicked grapes from the superior-quality vines of our “cru” vineyard, this wine is soft pressed for a rounder, smoother flavour. In keeping with traditional methods, it is fermented with indigenous natural yeasts from our local environment. Unlike many mass-market wines, no commercial yeasts are used. The result reflects our heritage, land and environment. Drink it as soon as it is released or wait a few years for the characteristics of the grapes to develop.
Perfect with oily fish such as mackerel, salmon and sardines.
