This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you contact us in the course of operating our business and when you visit or make a purchase from www.vino.com.hk (the “Site”) powered by Missing Link Communications Limited.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. DATA SECURITY

Any credit card information provided will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of Hong Kong. It may also be processed by staff operating outside of Hong Kong who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

In the future, we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy. All changes will be included in the latest Privacy Policy published on this Site or mobile application, so that you will always understand our current practices with respect to the information we gather, how we might use that information and disclosures of that information to third parties. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy if required by law, but otherwise use of this Site or our products and services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the Privacy Policy then in effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
